Yoga Teacher:

Sophie Auber qualified from the Devon School of Yoga and has been teaching to a wide range of people in the UK and in France. She draws inspiration from the teaching of Donna Farhi (with whom she has studied) and her practise of different yoga styles (Holistic, Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Scaravelli). Hers is very holistic and gentle. The classes will be suitable for all levels - even beginners. The absorbing atmosphere will help to focus and centre the individual, thus attaining the desired physical and mental state of well being. Sophie intends to create a safe, warm and inspiring space for people to feel comfortable and relaxed.

The price of £650 includes:
