  • The deposit is payable on booking, with the balance to be paid one month before the beginning of your holiday.
  • Prices include electricity, gas and water, sheets and house towels. Please bring your own towels for swimming and beach trips.
  • Bookings run from Saturday pm to Saturday am.
  • We ask you:
    • not to arrive before 16.00, to allow us to prepare the house between visitors.
    • on your day of departure, to leave by 10:00.
